Aitor Karanka
Aitor Karanka was the manager the new owners always wanted and they finally got their man when the 2017-18 season hit all time lows mid season. After starting with some familiarly uninspiring performances from the existing squad he wielded the axe and got in virtually an entirely new team to embed his culture into the dressing room. He is starting to reap the rewards and install the discipline and long-awaited consistency to the Forest team at last. The future looks bright, things are moving in the right direction.
