Refunds & Returns
As our products are custom made there is occasionally the situation where things are made incorrectly or there is a fault. Please notify us of any problem within 7 days of receipt and we will take up the matter with our supplier. Problems are rare but they can happen. Either way we will make it right so you get what you ordered for the agreed price. We cannot accept returns for custom made products that are not faulty in any way. So when you order you are committed to what you order - but we are equally committed to making sure you get it too. More often than not the issues involve items arrive damaged or get lost in transit. In these cases please contact us for a replacement or further information. We will refund or replace any items damaged in transit but require photographic evidence of damage and the destruction of the goods in advance as we require these for insurance purposes. Any non faulty items that were simply ordered in error can be returned for a refund as long as they arrive in perfect condition and minus our delivery costs as a restocking fee. So please ensure returned items are well packed and insured.
In some rare instances - if the product was faulty and we agree it cannot be replaced or a refund is preferred for some reason we will offer this. However our primary concern is to get exactly what you ordered to you in perfect condition and in the rare case this doesn't happen we will replace it ASAP.
By placing your order you are agreeing and accepting these terms. We will always try and and rectify any problems that inevitably occur on rare occasions.
