Ben Brereton

Putting the ball in the back of the net is one of the most valuable and sought after skills in football. Few ever have it and less still manage to maintain it for years throughout their career as rival teams research how to stop them. Our number 45 has already earned a reputation of having the potential to be a member of that very exclusive club with his exploits for the club at youth through to U21 teams and even into the first time and still scoring goals before his 18th birthday. Already an England U19 International and regularly scoring goals for them too. This is the reason he is already being touted for the very top and has been tied to Forest with a long term contract. Mark Warburton is taking time and protecting him from the weight of expectation but it is highly likely he will be getting regular opportunities in the first team and continue to bolster his reputation of one of the few members of that exclusives club of goalscorers for many years to come. Hopefully most if not all of those in the Garibaldi Red of Forest. If the signs so far are anything to go by then Ben Brereton is going to be one of the big names in the game for the next decade or two.
